As part of the Manufacturing Finance Hub, you will play a critical role in supporting this bold ambition. As a Subject Matter Expert you will be part of the team that supports business functions in their use of financial systems and ensure delivery of optimal levels of service. In addition you will be a key component in the partnership between Operations Systems and the IS organisation to ensure that the strategic, tactical and operational goals of the business are delivered, managing risk appropriately. You will play an important role in the stakeholder management across SET areas and provide expert advice, guidance and support on current and future use of systems to Operations Finance leaders.
Essential for the role:
Degree level qualification.
Track record of delivering high levels of customer service and change initiatives to internal and external customers
Experience of working with global manufacturing processes, projects and systems to tight deadlines and service levels across different technology bases, specifically with good knowledge of Finance architecture (Founded on SAP)
Experience working with a range of different customer groups across SET areas at senior levels
Strategic thinker and planner - able to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions.
Works effectively with others and contributes to an environment that promotes effective teamwork and strong collaboration.
Advanced facilitation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills · Oral and written fluency in Business English · Ability to use a range of influencing techniques
Desirable for the role:
Significant work experience in relevant functional area
Specific Expert knowledge in specialist process area (Product Costing)
